However, Markketit retains the right to showcase work samples in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing source video content and access credentials to social media platforms where content will be uploaded. Clients must ensure they have proper rights to all materials provided. Content must comply with applicable laws and platform terms of service. Markketit reserves the right to refuse editing or uploading content that violates laws, platform policies, or our professional standards.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of your first content delivery for a full refund. Subscription cancellations can be made at any time and will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

We may access your social media accounts with your explicit permission to upload content on your behalf.
